To request a work order, please complete the following information and select the Submit Work Order button at the bottom of the form. Your request will be routed to your facilities manager for approval. If approved, it will be forwarded to Golden Rule Management for processing.
If a problem requires immediate attention, please contact your supervisor or the Building Management office at 651-290-8890 directly to report the problem.
