II. Golden Rule Tower – Proposed Development
We are proposing to develop a 200,000-400,000 square foot office tower on the west side of the Golden Rule Building. Bounded by Minnesota Street to the West, Seventh Street to the North and Seventh Place to the South. Includes 300 stalls of parking. We are proposing two architectural options for the tower complex.
Constructs the building so the parking is above grade and sandwiched between the skyway level and the first level of office space. This option elevates the majority of the office space so that it is above the adjacent six (6) story Golden Rule Building, offering an unobstructed view in all directions. Constructs the building so the parking is below grade. This option easily allows for connecting the floors of this new tower to the floors of The Golden Rule Building providing a floor plate up to 75,000 square feet. Building configuration for this option can be viewed here.
